Today is the birthday of my older sister, Erin. She’s the “nice” sister, and the “gave-her-parents-grandchildren” sister, and thanks to her blog and newspaper column, she’s now the “famous” sister. All this to say that there are probably people falling all over themselves to wish her a happy birthday. So if you’re needing an un-crowded place to record your good wishes, I offer up my blog.
Take all the comment space you need to tell Erin how much you appreciate her friendship, writing, hair-cutting, mothering, daughtering, sistering, or anything else I haven’t thought of.
Yes, Erin is the gave-her-parents-grandchildren daughter. She is also a great Christian, wife, mother, sister, daughter, stylist, writer and friend to people of all stations and walks of life. Happy Birthday Erin!

I’m an only child. So I don’t know what it’s like to have a sibling. But as far as I can tell, Erin is a pretty solid one. I’m glad I got lucky and have a sis-in-law that I like. Thanks, Erin.

Shoot! I missed this post last week….better late than never, right?! Well….where should I start….I love my first Sister-In-Law..the one who rescued me from being the only one! She is honest, funny, sweet, a wonderful mom, wife, sister-in-law, walking partner (when it’s warm!)!! So very thankful God blessed me by placing her in our lives!
